Overview:The Global IT Business Partner is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the AI, data, and technology strategy across various business groups within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) service lines. Acting as a strategic advisor to business and executive leadership, this role ensures that technology and artificial intelligence are embedded into core brokerage and advisory activities across the organization.
The role leads the identification, design, and scaling of solutions that enhance productivity, deal execution, market intelligence, and client outcomes, while ensuring alignment with enterprise technology standards, data governance, and responsible AI practices. This role will part an integral part of the Global IT team with a focus on North America.
Success in this role requires strong technical fluency, commercial acumen, and change leadership, with a clear focus on delivering measurable business value.
Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership- Serve as a trusted advisor to CRE business leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Define and drive the assigned business groups AI and technology vision aligned with firm‑wide digital, data, and growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities where AI, analytics, and automation can materially improve revenue growth, operational efficiency, insight quality, and client experience.
- Deliver strategic priorities across multi‑year roadmaps with clear success metrics.
AI, Advanced Analytics & Generative AI Strategy- Define and oversee the portfolio of AI and analytics initiatives, including:
- Predictive pipeline and revenue forecasting
- Client insights and next‑best‑action intelligence
- Market, pricing, and comparative analytics
- Generative AI for research synthesis, presentations, and client-facing content (with governance)
- Partner with IT, Data Science, and vendors to ensure solutions are secure, production‑ready, and scalable.
- Establish KPIs for AI initiatives (adoption, accuracy, efficiency gains, revenue impact).
- Champion responsible AI, ensuring transparency, privacy, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
Product, Delivery & Vendor Leadership- Operate with a product leadership mindset, owning intake, prioritization, delivery, and value realization of AI and technology initiatives.
- Lead pilots, proofs of concept, and scaled rollouts using agile delivery principles.
- Oversee vendor selection, technical evaluation, commercial negotiations, and ongoing performance management.
- Ensure initiatives move from experimentation to sustained adoption and measurable outcomes
Innovation, Enablement & Change Leadership- Promote AI literacy across CRE teams through training, playbooks, and best‑practice sharing.
