Cooking and prepare popular ballpark foods using bbq grill and deep fryer. Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and serve quickly during peak times. Operate grill and fryer safely and efficiently. Keep cooking stations, clean stocked and organized throughout shift. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Work as part of a team to keep lines moving a customer satisfied. Communicate clearly with front counter staff to coordinate orders. Assist was set up before games and clean up after events. Properly handle, grease oil and waste disposal.
Previous grill or fryer experience is an asset but not required. Ability to work in a fast pace, high-pressure environment. Comfortable working in heat and around cooking equipment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliable and punctual. Flexible availability evening, weekends holidays, game days.
