About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced performance marketing leader who is ready for their next growth step — someone who has built and scaled campaigns inside an agency environment and now wants to lead a larger team, own client growth outcomes, and shape the next chapter of an evolving business unit.
This is a senior leadership role combining paid media expertise, team leadership, client strategy, and commercial accountability.
What You’ll Be Responsible For1️⃣ Performance & Delivery Leadership- Own the paid media strategy across client accounts (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, emerging platforms)
- Elevate campaign structure, reporting rigor, and optimization standards
- Build repeatable delivery frameworks and best practices
- Ensure strong margin discipline and scalable operations
- Introduce innovation in measurement, attribution, and automation
2️⃣ Client Growth & Commercial Impact- Act as senior strategic lead on key accounts
- Support upsells, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Partner with sales on complex opportunities
- Translate performance insights into growth strategy conversations
- Improve retention through proactive strategic leadership
3️⃣ Team Leadership & Capability Building- Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of paid media specialists
- Establish clear accountability, KPIs, and standards of excellence
- Recruit and develop top-tier talent
- Create a culture of performance and ownership
- Raise the overall bar of technical and strategic depth
4️⃣ Business Unit Evolution- Help shape the next stage of Utopiads’ growth
- Improve pricing, packaging, and positioning
- Implement scalable systems and workflow improvements
- Bring senior-level agency thinking into operational maturity

- Has 5–10+ years of agency experience in paid media
- Has managed meaningful monthly ad budgets (six- or seven-figure aggregate portfolios)

What We’re Looking For- Deep hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance platforms
- Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, analytics, and conversion optimization
- Experience managing and developing paid media teams
- Proven track record improving performance across accounts
- Confidence in client-facing strategic conversations
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- AI fluency and experience with AI-powered analytics tools and automations
