Position: Healthcare Workflow Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $90–$120/hour

Location: Remote

• Map end-to-end healthcare workflows within specific tools, focusing beyond features.
• Describe clinical and administrative data flows across systems from intake to output.
• Provide deep, structured breakdowns of workflows like prior auth and claims adjudication.
• Identify decision points, compliance constraints, and edge cases.
• Evaluate what a competent operator should achieve in each system.
• Produce clear, detailed writeups within ~20 minutes per category.

• Hands-on experience with at least one of the listed systems.
• Background in clinical care, healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or payer systems.
• Ability to articulate detailed, real-world workflows.
• Strong understanding of healthcare processes and data flows.
• Clear, structured written communication.
• Ability to produce high-quality responses quickly (~20 minutes per category).

• Experience across multiple domains (e.g., clinical + billing, payer + provider systems).
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., DICOM, HL7, FHIR).
• Experience with compliance and regulatory workflows (HIPAA, 340B, prior auth).
• Prior work in high-volume or complex environments (health systems, payers, large clinics).
