Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to attract new clients and retain existing business, maximizing hotel revenue.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders to generate consistent bookings.
- Coordinate with hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Oversee budgeting processes related to sales activities, ensuring profitability while maintaining excellent service standards.

Requirements- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality sales with supervising responsibilities in a resort or similar setting.
- Strong background in revenue management, guest relations, and customer service excellence.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience supervising teams within a hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software.
