JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight global is looking for an agile IT Field Support Technician to join the team of one of their retail clients. This individual should be able to prioritize their time well, work effectively with different teams and stakeholders and take initiative to solve problems.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- 3-5+ years of Experience as a field support technician able to go on site 5 days a week
- Hands on experience with both windows and mac
- Strong understanding of third party applications (Adobe Box or other design softwares)
- Strong understanding and hands on experience with microsoft suite
- Great organization skills, able to prioritize tasks
- Experience with Azure Active Directory
- Great communication skills and customer service skills
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Strong technical person that can take charge with new hires
- Strong ability to troubleshoot
- Experience with microsoft office 365 platforms
