We’re looking for a Sales Team Lead to help guide and support our inside sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching conversations, organizing leads, and helping the team turn opportunities into long-term customers.

What You’ll Do- Lead the inside sales team day-to-day, supporting calls, follow-ups, and conversion goals
- Coach sales conversations to strengthen confidence, objection handling, and closing skills
- Assign and manage leads to ensure fast, consistent response times
- Track performance metrics through CRM reports and support team accountability
- Help onboard and coach new team members
- Support overflow leads and high-value follow-ups when needed
- Help drive winter revenue through our Christmas Decorating division
What You Bring- 2–4+ years of over the phone or door to door sales experience in a leadership role
- Be able to work in office Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm shifts, seasonal late shifts from 10:00 am-7:00pm and Saturday as seasonal demand dictates from 9:30am- 1:00pm
- Strong communication and coaching ability
- A natural ability to motivate and organize a team
- Comfort working with CRM systems and sales metrics
- Experience in home services or seasonal businesses is an asset
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $55,000–$65,000 depending on experience
- Performance bonus: Up to 15–20% based on team sales KPIs including response time, close rate, upsells, and seasonal revenue targets.
