Job OverviewPrime International College of Health Care and Technology is urgently hiring multiple (10+) Personal Support Worker (PSW) Instructors for upcoming student batches.
We are looking for passionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) who can deliver high-quality instruction aligned with NACC (National Association of Career Colleges) PSW curriculum standards and help students achieve strong academic and practical outcomes.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with flexible scheduling across weekdays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver PSW program training in accordance with NACC curriculum standards
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, instructional materials, and presentations
- Conduct student assessments, evaluations, and grading
- Support students in developing clinical knowledge and practical skills
- Ensure students are prepared for real-world healthcare environments
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and performance
- Provide mentorship and guidance to improve student success rates
Requirements (Mandatory)- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with active CNO (College of Nurses of Ontario) membership
- Minimum 1 year of teaching and/or clinical experience
- Proven experience working in:
- Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities
- Retirement homes / residential care settings
- Strong knowledge of the NACC PSW curriculum and teaching standards
- Experience in lesson planning, instructional delivery, and student evaluation
- Ability to effectively teach and engage students for strong graduate outcomes
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Additional Requirements- Must be flexible with schedule:
- Weekdays & weekends
- Morning & evening batches
- Willingness to travel within Toronto and North York as required
- Ability to work in a hybrid (online + in-person) teaching environment
