Position: Insurance Domain Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $125–$250/hour
Role Responsibilities- Document end-to-end insurance workflows such as underwriting, claims adjudication, and policy servicing.
- Review and refine AI-generated workflow transcripts for accuracy and completeness.
- Create structured examples reflecting real-world insurance decision-making.
- Validate outputs against industry standards and regulatory expectations.
- Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to improve workflow representations.
QualificationsMust-Have- 8+ years in commercial underwriting; CPCU or AU preferred.
- 6+ years in personal lines underwriting; prior leadership exposure preferred.
- 8+ years in claims processing & adjudication; AIC or SCLA preferred.
- 6+ years in Fraud & SIU; CFE certification preferred.
- 5+ years in policy administration or insurance operations.
- 6+ years in actuarial & pricing in P&C FCAS or near-credentialed preferred.
- 6+ years in regulatory compliance or insurance regulatory roles.
- 5+ years in producer & distribution management in agency operations.
- 4+ years in submissions & broker processing in underwriting support.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly articulate complex workflows.
