Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our IT support team. Duties- Develop, maintain, and optimize company websites and web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Troubleshoot software issues related to web applications, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Provide technical support for desktop environments, including Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Manage and configure network security tools such as firewalls and VPNs to ensure secure access.
- Assist with service management tools like ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, to track issues and project progress.
- Support IT infrastructure including LAN setup, computer hardware troubleshooting, and operating system updates.
- Collaborate with help desk teams to resolve user-reported issues efficiently.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and support procedures.
- Communicate effectively with end-users to provide clear guidance on technical issues and solutions.
Skills- Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts including LAN setup and troubleshooting.
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting and desktop support techniques.
- Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, and security protocols to ensure secure network access.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy for ticketing and incident management.
- Ability to support various hardware components and perform hardware diagnostics.
- Excellent communication skills for providing effective customer service and technical support.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes.
