What You’ll LeadAs the IT Business Innovation Manager, you will:
- Own and lead the enterprise innovation and technology portfolio from strategy to measurable business outcomes.
- Build and execute a long‑term innovation strategy aligned with organisational transformation and growth.
- Collaborate with executive and I.T. leaders to convert complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
- Champion AI, data, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance insight, efficiency, and decision‑making.
- Oversee discovery, experimentation, and proof‑of‑concept initiatives through full operationalisation.
- Define and track innovation metrics, adoption, ROI, and benefits realisation.
- Build and manage strategic vendor and technology partnerships.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high‑performance team leadership.
What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in innovation leadership, product/portfolio management, or senior program delivery.
- Proven success leading an organisation through a major AI and Data Strategy transformation.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, SAFe, Design Thinking, or recognised AI/innovation programs.
- Azure, AI, Data or cloud platform certifications.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver full‑lifecycle enterprise technology initiatives with measurable ROI.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams, managing budgets, vendors, and strategic partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and modern data platforms.
- Executive‑level communication, financial acumen, and change leadership expertise.
