Job Summary:We are seeking an IT Project Manager to manage multiple internal software projects, fostering collaboration and managing timelines to meet business needs. The candidate will coordinate with engineering, product teams, and business stakeholders to ensure project delivery aligns with organizational goals. This role is perfect for someone with a foundational understanding of project management looking to grow in a dynamic, enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple concurrent internal IT projects ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met.
- Facilitate communication and project requirements with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and Salesforce groups.
- Track project progress, manage potential risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee Salesforce-related initiatives and assist in license management.
- Ensure detailed documentation of project scopes, plans, and outcomes is maintained.
Must-Have Skills:- Experience with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Industry Experience:Preferred experience in IT or related technical fields, particularly in large, enterprise environments. Experience with internal systems at a global scale will be advantageous.
