An Initial AI Screening will be conducted for this role.
Contract duration: 6 months
Daily activities:- Troubleshooting user issues migrating to Entra and working to migrate users from remote access VPN to Entra
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
- Support CloudIDP migration and resolve MFA, Passwordless, WHfB, and FIDO2 issues.
- Ensure identity and MFA compliance for employees, contingent workers, and vendor resources
- Utilize troubleshooting skills to understand systems’ issues and the potential root causes
Support the accelerated decommissioning of Entrust VPN by assisting with migration readiness, user transition activities, and issue remediation to ensure a smooth and timely cutove
Must-have requirements:- 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Enterprise ID
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with conditional access policy and a strong understanding of compliance.
Nice-To-Have Skills:- Security Cybersecurity Domain certification (Security + or CC)
- Previous experience with the Identity modernization program or large-scale migration
- Experience of supporting executive users.
- Spanish and English proficiency.

- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field or relevant experience.
