Key Responsibilities- Provide first and second-level IT support to internal users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and applications
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Support Windows/Mac environments and common productivity tools
- Assist with network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN)
- Document technical issues, solutions, and processes
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain IT assets and inventory tracking
Qualifications- Experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support role
- Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, VPN)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) are an asset but not required
