I’m currently hiring an IT Support Technician (Level 1) for a growing Quebec-based organization operating in a multi-site distribution environment, currently undergoing a strong technological transformation. You’ll join a collaborative, user-focused IT Operations team.
YOUR MISSIONSAs part of the IT Operations team, you will provide technical support across multiple locations, ensuring system availability and user satisfaction.
You will play a key role in maintaining day-to-day IT operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing IT support to users across head office, retail locations, and distribution center
- Managing and resolving support tickets in line with SLAs
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Managing workstations (Windows 10/11, macOS)
- Supporting Microsoft 365 environment (F1–E5, Teams, SharePoint)
- Managing IT asset lifecycle (deployment, maintenance, inventory)
- Participating in IT projects and deployments
- Documenting processes and procedures
- Training users on Microsoft tools and internal systems
- Contributing to continuous improvement of support services
- Participating in on-call rotation (evenings and weekends)
YOUR PROFILEWe’re looking for a hands-on, service-oriented IT technician comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
What we’re looking for:
- College diploma in IT or equivalent
- 3–5 years of IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows 10/11 and macOS
- Microsoft 365 (F1–F3, E1–E5, Teams, SharePoint)
- Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience supporting POS systems
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 POS (asset)
- Experience in retail or multi-site environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset and sense of urgency
- Strong organizational skills
- Advanced bilingualism (French/English required)
Working Conditions- Permanent full-time position
- Salary: $50,000–$55,000 (fixed)
