Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety regulations
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and leadership to maintain high performance levels
• Manage food handling procedures, ensuring proper storage, sanitation, and safety protocols are followed
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients, assembling pizzas, and maintaining cleanliness of workstations
• Serve customers promptly and courteously, addressing any special requests or concerns
• Maintain inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
• Uphold restaurant policies related to food safety, hygiene, and customer service excellence

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service—preferably within the food industry or hospitality sector
• Supervising experience or team management skills are highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
