We're looking for a Jr. Data & Analytics Strategist to join our team, someone who is as comfortable writing scripts to automate a reporting workflow as they are analyzing paid media performance. This is a technical-first role at the intersection of digital marketing, data engineering, and AI-powered automation.
You'll work directly with our paid media and strategy teams to build data pipelines, implement tracking infrastructure, and identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to drive efficiencies and better client outcomes. If you get excited about building things that scale, this role is for you.
Schedule: Full time
Compensation: $58,000 - $68,000 annually, (dependent on experience), additional quarterly profit sharing bonuses are available after probation is completed

Daily Responsibilities:- Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like Make, Zapier and N8N to reduce manual reporting and campaign management tasks
- Research, test, and deploy AI tools (e.g., LLM APIs, Claude, Gemini) for use cases such as automated reporting narratives, anomaly detection, and ad copy generation
- Data pipelining and tracking integration for campaign reporting, analysis, and insights
- Perform SQL-based data extraction, transformation, and analysis to surface actionable campaign insights
- Build clear, automated performance dashboards and reports for internal and client-facing use
- Working on SEM / PPC for paid ad platforms including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics to build new campaigns, optimize existing campaigns and improve performance for our clients.
- Developing positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the objectives of the client’s business.
- Reviewing and analyzing campaign performance data (e.g., within Google Analytics (GA4), Salesforce, HubSpot, etc) to develop actionable insights that assist with strategic planning, KPI improvement, and growth.
- Collaborating with our Digital Designers to develop creative ads that speak to the clients' brand and audience.
- Help to grow startups, scaleups and enterprise clients through clever and strategic digital marketing.
- Monitor platform updates to anticipate any potential issues for our clients and share these with the team.
- Stay ahead of AI developments in paid media platforms (e.g., Google AI Max, Meta Advantage+) and translate them into actionable client strategies
What We’re Looking For:We’re open to candidates with different backgrounds, including digital marketing, analytics, technical co-ops, or implementation-focused roles. You do not need to be an expert in everything below, but you should have strong fundamentals, curiosity, and a willingness to learn quickly.
- Co-op or relevant work experience with data analytics experience in a technical environment, including SQL-based data extraction and reporting, implementation and debugging of tracking via GA4 and Google Tag Manager, event tagging and discrepancy troubleshooting, and familiarity with APIs, data connectors (e.g., BigQuery, Funnel.io), and basic scripting in Python or JavaScript for automation or analysis.
