Prep cook for kitchen and bakery restaurant required. 3 years experience is required as a banquet cook or breakfast cook. Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs. Must be able to read and write English, follow directions, be quick and effective. For sandwich component candidate must be able to quickly and accurately make a wide variety of sandwiches from scratch and serve them to customers in a restaurant environment. Breakfast cooking is also required. (eggs, etc.) Stocking and keeping track of inventory will be your responsibility. Candidate must be neat, clean, reliable and on time for every shift. Own transportation is required. Preference will be given to candidates who are energetic and personable with good communication skills. Current hours are daytime 8-4pm with early morning on Friday and Saturday at 6:30 am. Wednesday and Thursday off.
