• Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet set standards
• Assist in all areas of food preparation as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent service

• Experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting. Candidate must have food handling and smart serve certificate.
• Proficiency in meal preparation techniques
• Knowledge of food handling and safety protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must available be for morning & evening & on call shift.
• Fluent in English is MUST.
