You AreThe IT Business Analyst serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring alignment of technology solutions with operational needs.
This role partners with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enterprise systems and digital initiatives
The Opportunity- Translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for IT development and implementation teams.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with global standards and strategic objectives.
- Work closely with IT to prioritize initiatives, manage backlogs, and support agile or hybrid delivery models.
- Support testing efforts, including UAT planning, execution, and validation of system functionality against requirements.
- Act as a liaison throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
- Contribute to change management by supporting training, documentation, and user adoption efforts.
- Additionally, the IT Business Analyst drives continuous improvement by leveraging data, user feedback, and performance metrics to optimize solutions and processes

What You Need- 8+ Years Experience in the following:
- Background in Quality function
- Excellent communication skills
- IT background in eQMS systems or similar
- Trackwise digital eqms,
- enterprise systems knowledge
- Experience in change management, process mapping, uat, data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Ontario
Compensation Range: $95,000-$119,000
BenefitsFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
Part-time regular and temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All Canadian employees who work in a province, territory or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
