THE ROLEAs the Project Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day support on learning suggestive initiative, monitor priorities and initiatives, and generate reports to identify gaps, track progress, and offer recommendations.
You will also assist in planning and executing communication efforts for product and program rollouts, changes, and updates. The Project Coordinator will conduct analysis and assessments to address inquiries, issues, and escalations. Additionally, you will liaise and coordinate with vendors, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), management, committees and other internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of programs, projects and/or events.
In addition, you will contribute to design-related discussions by sharing opinions and providing feedback on proposed designs. This includes offering suggestions to improve usability, alignment with project objectives, and overall user experience. You will help articulate design choices to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of how these decisions support project goals.
The successful candidate has experience in learning initiatives, project coordination, and project management. Experience in the financial sector and with CRM platforms is an asset. They excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Experience in change management and the financial industry are considered additional assets.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation, Certifications and LicensesBachelor's degree in a related field AND some years of experience in administration or a related field

- In planning, developing and conducting presentations, seminars, meetings, events, and/or conferences
