Lift Legal is looking for a new team member to join our fun and fast-paced office! You would be responsible for a range of legal and administrative tasks to help our team excel.

Responsibilities- Administrative assistance and general office organization duties .
- Preparing and drafting various correspondence and documents.
- File organization and management, including file openings, data input and reporting.
- Calendar management including coordinating and scheduling client meetings.
- Preparing and circulating client accounts.
- Applying payments and managing funds and wires.
- May be first point of contact for clients, answering client telephone calls and taking payments.
- Various other administrative tasks including scanning, ordering couriers and handling mail.
- May assist with drafting annual return documents and managing corporate minute books.
Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited legal assistant program and/or legal assistant experience would be a significant asset for the successful applicant but is not required..
- Strong administrative assistant skills and a love of organization and administrative tasks.
- Strong multi-tasking and independent problem-solving skills.
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to work independently to create and implement accounts receivable and invoicing procedures.
- Responsible and responsive with particular attention for detail.
- Strong MS Office computer skills, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Comfort with online search & organizational tools.
- Comfort with numbers and working with invoices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
