Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our Café & Catering team. This role involves preparing high-quality meals for both daily café service and catered events in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items (grill, fry, pantry, prep stations)
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
- Set up and stock stations before and during service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
- Ensure safe food handling, including allergy awareness
- Support catering and special event food preparation
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
- Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Requirements- Minimum 1 year of line cook or kitchen experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications- Food Handler Certification
- Smart Serve Certification
- Catering or banquet experience
- Experience in breakfast/lunch service
Work Environment- Standing for extended periods
- Exposure to hot and cold kitchen conditions
- Use of knives and kitchen equipment
