Duties- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
- Follow all safety protocols related to food safety and kitchen operations
- Support the overall operation of the kitchen by assisting with meal assembly and plating as needed
Qualifications- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting is must
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment usage
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail
