Duties- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to our brands recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Assist with meal preparation, including portioning, chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
Requirements- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is strongly preferred.
- Availability on days during the week as well as evenings and weekends.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform tasks that require lifting.
- A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn new skills within the food service industry.
