Duties- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook and assemble dishes in accordance with menu specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed to uphold health standards
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking and rotating ingredients
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Follow instructions from head chefs and kitchen managers to deliver consistent quality
Requirements- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred; restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities
