Responsibilities- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitation
- Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout shifts
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Adhere to serving protocols and assist with plating dishes for service
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Skills- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates
