Duties- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to established recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Assist with plating and garnishing dishes for service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station before, during, and after shifts
- Support other kitchen staff with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operation
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
- Adhere to health and safety regulations related to food preparation and storage
Requirements- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving kitchen procedures
- Basic understanding of serving protocols and customer service expectations is a plus
