Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily store operations. Responsibilities

• Handle payroll, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and integrity

• Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing clientele
• Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a strong team
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize store profitability

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or store supervision with strong leadership skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in POS systems, merchandising techniques, and sales management tools
• Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
• Experience in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and administrative tasks
• Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately and maintain detailed records

• Knowledge of marketing strategies, pricing policies, and promotional activities
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a team-oriented environment
• Strong math skills for bookkeeping and financial analysis
