How You’ll Make An ImpactElevate how we deliver lending. In this role, you’ll use your strong commercial financing knowledge to build clarity, consistency, and confidence across the end-to-end fulfillment process.
You’ll lead a regionally dispersed loan fulfillment team, overseeing loan maintenance and administration—including documentation, disbursements, and amendments—while delivering a seamless, service-first experience for internal partners and customers. You’ll coach and mentor employees on best practices, systems, and policies so the team can do their best work every day.
What You’ll Do- Lead a high-performing loan fulfillment team through efficient and effective core business
- Work with the divisional leadership team to execute the enterprise goals and strategy
- Lead and support transformation initiatives (e.g., new process implementation, automation opportunities)
- Manage daily operations and workload priorities
- Monitor service levels, quality and turnaround times using clear metrics—identify trends and implement actions to improve the customer and partner experience
- Streamline workflows, standardize practices across locations and partner on system/process enhancements
- Partner with relationship managers, credit and legal to resolve complex fulfillment issues, clarify requirements, and keep deals moving efficiently
- Identify employee development requirements, set goals and evaluate performance
- Build team capability through onboarding, coaching, training and knowledge sharing—applying consistent policies, procedures, and documentation standards
- Ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements and build a strong control and execution culture
Required Qualifications- A degree in administration or business
- At least four years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- A proven track record in agricultural or commercial financial and lending services
- Specialized knowledge of lending processes, security, banking and loan amendments, including legal documentation
Preferred Qualifications- Continuous improvement training or experience (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping)
- Experience leading teams across multiple locations (hybrid/remote), with strong change leadership skills
- Exposure to regulatory requirements, controls testing, or audit readiness within a financial services environment
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset
