Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Manager, Strategy and Business Intelligence position focuses on transforming traditional marketing processes into digital, insight led approaches that improve performance, strengthen brand health, and guide strategic decision-making across the organization and agency partners.
Essential Duties Include But Are Not Limited To- Initiate department and agency briefs that consolidate our strategic inputs by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data across sales, marketing, and customer touchpoints.
- Use insights to help guide decisions, optimize performance, and drive business growth.
- Lead the development of a comprehensive measurement strategy, working with cross‑functional teams and external partners to transition traditional processes into digital, insight‑led approaches.
- Develop and maintain Tier 1–Tier 3 measurement frameworks, including brand health tracking and performance scorecards.
- Oversee demand measurement across customer relationship management, social, paid media and other channels.
- Ensure strong intra‑agency processes are adhered to while promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices across partners and internal teams.
- Support the creation of a robust digital ecosystem that enables continuous improvement.
- Lead audience strategic development, ensuring precise segmentation and targeting that aligns with brand and business objectives.
- Manage ongoing brand health measurement, insight generation, and executive reporting.
- Develop annual and quarterly agency briefs, aligning cross‑functional stakeholders behind strategic priorities.
- Coordinate product and study campaign briefs, working with agencies and internal teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and strong execution plans.
- Support executive teams with high-quality presentations and data storytelling, ensuring insights are clear, actionable, and aligned with strategic direction.
- Oversee reporting and program tracking related to governance processes.
- Maintain key dashboards and reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required)- Post-Secondary education in a related discipline (i.e. Management/Business administration, Marketing or Computer Science).
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience building measurement frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Proven ability to synthesize audience, market, and performance data into sharp insights that strengthen strategic briefs.
- Experience working across internal and agency teams to align strategy and drive clarity.
- Ability to participate in presentations to all levels of an organization, both in person and virtual.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication content and styles to various audiences across a variety of mediums.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop a profile within the business and relationships with external bodies, customers, and prospects.

Hiring Salary Range for position: $85,000 - $102,500 CAD. The base salary offered will consider the successful candidate’s experience, skills, and competencies, and will be set in a manner that supports fair and consistent internal equity practices.
