Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized, disciplined, faith-driven and emotionally intelligent Marketing Project Coordinator who wants to be developed toward a future Project Manager role.
This position supports the execution and delivery of client projects for faith-based businesses and organizations. You will be responsible for turning strategy into clear action plans, managing timelines, coordinating freelancers, and helping ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard.
You will work closely with the founders and play a key role in maintaining smooth operations, strong communication, and quality control across projects.
This is a part-time remote role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time management position within 12-36 months, based on performance.
Duties- 1. Project Planning and Task Organization
Attend client meetings and support brainstorming, strategy discussions, and project planning - 2. Freelancer Coordination and Communication
Research and coordinate freelancers such as designers, editors, developers, and other creative support
Communicate task expectations, deadlines, revisions, and budget considerations clearly
Maintain ongoing communication with freelancers to ensure alignment and smooth workflow - 3. Project Tracking and Execution Support
Track project progress and proactively follow up on open tasks
Monitor deadlines and help ensure all deliverables are completed on time
Identify delays, communication gaps, or workflow issues early and escalate when needed - 4. Quality Control and Delivery
Review deliverables before final submission to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness
Help maintain high standards across client work, internal processes, and external communication
Support the final delivery process to ensure projects are completed smoothly and professionally - 5. Budget and Resource Support
Support budgeting by monitoring project costs and resource allocation
Help ensure that projects stay realistic in scope, timeline, and available support - 6. Systems, Reporting, and Operational Support
Maintain organized systems for task management, project documents, and communication logs
Provide regular updates to the supervisor on project status, next steps, and potential risks
Help strengthen internal workflow and operational efficiency across projects
Break down client projects into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Create project schedules and execution plans to keep work organized and on track
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project coordination or operations
- Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and structured in execution
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Comfortable working with numbers, budgeting, and cost tracking
- Clear and professional communication skills

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
