About the Role:As a tutor, you’ll work with students aged 3-14 years. We provide pre-designed lesson materials, so you can focus entirely on what you do best: teaching! You’ll be working one-on-one with small groups of students, helping them develop confidence and mastery in Math and English along with supporting them on their learning journey in a fun, engaging, and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging Math and English lessons to students aged 3–14 using pre-prepared materials and answer keys.
- Teach one-on-one in small group settings for personalized instruction.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to build students' confidence and skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and center administrators.
- Teach reading, writing strategies, and Math concepts at the primary, intermediate, and secondary levels.
What We’re Looking For:- Bachelor’s degree in Education. Math or English (preferred)
- Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) designation is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
- Experience working with children aged 3-14, either in a classroom or tutoring setting is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
- Patience, adaptability, and a fun, engaging teaching style.
