Role OverviewThe Network Relations Executive (NRE) is responsible for cultivating strong, long‑term relationships with members across several executive networks. This position focuses on post‑sales engagement, retention, and member experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the full member engagement lifecycle, including onboarding, communication, and annual renewals.
- Maintain strong relationships through regular touchpoints and proactive service.
- Monitor and improve engagement and participation metrics.
- Understand member needs and connect them with internal resources or peers.
- Partner with Program Directors and subject-matter experts.
- Support hybrid meetings (in-person and virtual).
- Share insights with internal teams to shape programming and outreach strategies.
- Support growth of new networks as the Canadian presence expands.
RequirementsExperience:- 8–10 years in client engagement, customer development, account management, or similar roles.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
- Experience in membership organizations, associations, or professional services is an asset.

Education:- Bachelor’s degree required.
- French language skills are an asset.
Work Environment- Hybrid work model based in Toronto.
- Flex office environment in downtown core.
- Standard hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Travel Requirements- Minimal travel in year one.
- Approx. 25–30% travel within Canada in subsequent years.
Salary range: $110,000–$130,000 CAD/year
