We are seeking a Business Development Manager to help expand our client portfolio across life sciences, healthcare, and other performance-driven sectors.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Building relationships with decision-makers across target industries
• Positioning ReGEN as a precision execution partner
• Preparing and presenting tailored logistics solutions
• Collaborating with Operations to ensure alignment between commitments and delivery
• Maintaining structured pipeline management and reporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain environments
• Experience in airfreight or time-sensitive cargo preferred
• Exposure to life sciences or healthcare accounts is an asset
• Demonstrated commercial discipline and follow-through
• Professional presence in client and senior stakeholder discussions
• Self-directed and performance-driven

Eligibility & Requirements

• Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada at the time of application
• Must be able to reliably commute to the Oakville, ON office
• Professional-level written and verbal English proficiency is required for client-facing responsibilities
• A background check will be conducted as a condition of employment

Work Structure

This is an on-site position based in the Greater Toronto Area. Regular in-office presence is required.
