We are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our team.
Your responsibilities would include
- processing weekly payroll
- organizing and filing receipts
- managing email
- managing incoming phone calls
- managing incoming quote request and forwarding them to our sales team
- keeping office organized
- writing cheques
- organizing incoming tickets with monthly account statements to be paid
- invoicing
- organizing and processing payments
- data entry
Previous experience in book keeping and knowledgable with quickbooks would be an asset.
