About the Role:Relieve-Me Home Support Services is seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Assistant to manage administrative and operational tasks remotely. Only applicants with Canadian social services experience and knowledge of Canadian processes and laws will be considered.
Responsibilities:- Manage client, contractor, and staff communications via email and phone
- Support contractor onboarding, including preparing kits and verifying documentation
- Schedule and track appointments, recurring bookings, and services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist the Executive Director with operational tasks as assigned
- Use Google Workspace daily for documentation, communication, and collaboration
- Manage and recommend CRM programs and process improvements; provide actionable suggestions rather than passive execution
Requirements:- Proven experience in Canadian social services
- Knowledge of Canadian processes, policies, and laws relevant to social services
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (essential)
- Experience with CRM programs and ability to provide recommendations for improvements
- Self-sufficient, initiative-driven, highly reliable
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
