Job DescriptionThe Customer Data Management (CDM) Specialist will be responsible for configuring and implementing Oracle Fusion Customer Data Management (CDM) module to ensure accurate, clean, and integrated customer and supplier data across systems. This role requires strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion CDM and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver a high-quality solution.
Responsibilities- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion CDM module, including customer and supplier data structures.
- Define and implement matching rules for duplicate prevention and merging of records.
- Collaborate with integration teams to design and validate data flows using Oracle web services (SOAP and REST).
- Support data conversion strategy, including cleansing and migration from legacy systems (EBS, Great Plains).
- Produce functional design documents for interfaces and conversions.
- Participate in testing, reconciliation, and cutover activities for CDM-related integrations.
- Provide knowledge transfer and post-go-live support to internal teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Skills & QualificationsQualifications- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with at least 2+ years in Oracle Fusion CDM.
- Strong understanding of Trading Community Architecture/Model and related data structures (accounts, sites, contacts).
- Hands-on experience configuring CDM module in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Proficiency in Oracle web services (SOAP & REST) for data integration.
- Experience with data quality management, duplicate prevention, and merging processes.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration patterns (real-time and batch).
- Knowledge of data conversion best practices and reconciliation processes.
Preferred Skills:- Experience in large-scale, multi-system integration projects.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and iterative delivery.
- Ability to work in a multinational environment with complex data flows.
