We are entering a growth phase and are looking for a Paid Media Specialist who can support lead generation across multiple platforms while thinking beyond just campaign setup.
The RoleWe’re looking for someone who can plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion tracking.
This is not a “set it and forget it” role. You’ll be expected to think critically about performance, identify gaps, and continuously improve results.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage paid campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads (strong emphasis here)
- Google Ads (Search + retargeting/display)
- Develop and optimize lead generation funnels for service-based businesses
- Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure:
- Meta Pixel + Conversion API (CAPI)
- TikTok Pixel
- Google Tag / conversion tracking
- Analyze campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights
- Run A/B tests on creative, targeting, and landing pages
- Collaborate with our content team to align paid and organic strategy
- Identify scaling opportunities and budget allocation strategies
- Troubleshoot performance drops and tracking issues proactively
What We’re Looking For- Proven experience running lead generation campaigns, not just e-commerce
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Meta Ads Manager
- TikTok Ads Manager (must-have)
- Google Ads
- Experience setting up Conversion API (CAPI) and tracking systems
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into decisions
- Comfortable working across multiple client accounts
- Clear communicator — able to explain what’s working and what’s not
- Self-directed and reliable (we are not looking to micromanage this role)
Bonus If You Have- Experience with healthcare, clinics, or service-based businesses
- Landing page optimization or CRO experience
- Familiarity with CRM integrations (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
- Experience working inside an agency environment
What Success Looks Like in This Role- Consistent improvement in cost per lead and lead quality
- Clear reporting and communication on performance
- Proactive recommendations (not waiting to be asked)
- Ability to independently manage campaigns with minimal oversight
Compensation- $45–$65/hour depending on experience
- Opportunity to grow into a long-term role as the agency scales
