Rise Auto Glass is the South Okanagan’s dedicated auto glass shop, and we’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and outgoing Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
Position Details- Part-time (approximately 10 hours per week to start)
- $20/hour
- Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows
- Potential for a hybrid work model (combination of in-shop and remote work)
What You’ll Be Doing- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist customers with ICBC insurance claims
- Complete paperwork and perform basic administrative tasks
- Support day-to-day front desk operations
What We’re Looking For- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using a computer and handling paperwork
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
- Customer service experience is an asset, but not required
