Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated part time Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
As a Line Cook, you'll prepare and deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests with genuine warmth and care. You’ll ensure consistency and precision in executing our menu items, using efficient prep and cooking techniques. In this role, you’ll follow exact specifications to maintain product quality, while promoting a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Duties- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping following strict standards for food presentation and quality
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Help with receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow proper food handling procedures
- Clean kitchen and work areas
Qualifications- Experience in Mexican cuisine is preferred
- Valid Food Handlers Certificate is mandatory
- Experience in a kitchen environment is required
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Understanding of basic cooking techniques and equipment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings
