About the RoleAura Design is looking for a reliable, friendly, and personable individual to join our showroom team. This role is well suited for a student looking for steady daytime hours or a semi-retired individual who enjoys interacting with people in a relaxed, professional environment.
This is not a high-pressure sales position. Your main focus will be welcoming customers, answering questions, demonstrating products, and collecting customer information. The business owner handles all follow-up and appointment booking.
What You Will Do- Greet customers visiting the showroom
- Answer the phone and respond to basic inquiries
- Show and explain products at a general level
- Collect customer contact information and project notes
- Pass customer details to the owner for follow-up
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming
- Receive and check in product deliveries
What You Will Not Be Expected to Do- No closing sales
- No commission targets
- No cold calling
