The Role:- Promptly answer, screen, and process dental service or oral surgery requests and telephone inquiries.
- Collect and enter patient information into our advanced medical service practice management.
- Manage incoming diagnostics, recordings, and appending’s while maintaining an organized database.
- Schedule patient consultation appointments efficiently and accurately.
- Respond to inquiries, emails, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Actively contribute to achieving high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Provide information on Argyle Associate’s patient services.
- Work in compliance with office guidelines and policies.
- Other duties as required.
This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. The successful candidate must have the ability to work the occasional evening and Saturday shift.
You will Bring:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year experience in a similar role or in a call center environment.
- Bilingualism is considered as asset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for meeting customer needs.
- Ability to manage difficult situations.
- Time management and ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in data entry.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established policies and procedures.
