Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physiotherapist at our Greater Toronto Area, Canada location. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and guiding clients through therapeutic exercises and techniques. The role also includes conducting follow-up evaluations, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. The Physiotherapist will play a key role in empowering clients to achieve their health and recovery goals through evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
• Proficiency in designing and implementing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and motivate patients while providing compassionate care
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team in delivering integrated care approaches
• Experience with health documentation, record management, and compliance with regulatory standards
• A valid license to practice physiotherapy in the province of Ontario
• CPR and First Aid certification is required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
• Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an asset
