Key Responsibilities- Lead and drive 400+ deliveries per year, maintaining a lean 60-day turn inventory strategy.
- Optimize the daily look-to-book ratio, ensuring inventory is effectively aligned with customer demand.
- Manage inventory daily and efficiently to ensure seamless operations and maximum profitability.
- Hands-on acquisition through service drive, online auctions, and multiple market sources to ensure the right vehicles are purchased and appraised.
- Mastermind tools like vAuto to stay ahead in pricing, inventory management, and market trends.
- Make proactive, data-driven decisions daily in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a strong focus on maximizing opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the GSM, New Car Department, and Service Team to optimize operations and push the dealership to the next level.
- Work alongside the FSM and back-office team to ensure seamless deal structuring and compliance.
- Leverage CRM data to create actionable strategies that improve performance and customer engagement.
- Maintain strong wholesale and auction platform knowledge to maximize inventory opportunities.
- Understand manufacturer KPIs, new car business dynamics, and align pre-owned strategies accordingly.
- Foster a one-team culture, working collaboratively across departments to exceed dealership targets.
- Prioritize premium customer satisfaction, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
- A team leader for the salesforce, highly organized, detail-oriented, and always striving to go above and beyond expectations.
What We’re Looking For- 3+ years of proven success in pre-owned vehicle management with a track record of exceeding targets.
- A hands-on leader who takes initiative, makes quick and effective decisions, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Expertise in vAuto, One-Eighty, CRM systems, and auction platforms.
- A solution-oriented, highly motivated professional with a strong focus on inventory management and risk mitigation in appraisals.
- Luxury or premium customer experience is a strong asset, with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
