We are looking for a motivated Prep Cook/Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, supporting chefs in daily food production, and washing the dishes. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations and high-quality food service.

• Wash, chop, and prepare vegetables, proteins, and other ingredients
• Assist in portioning and packaging food for dine-in, take-out, and grab-and-go items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations and storage areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support chefs with daily kitchen tasks
• Ensure consistency and quality of prepared items

• Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred, but training will be provided
• Self-motivated, hands-on person who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
• Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as required
