Job Title: Primary Care Paramedic
Location: Mine Sites, Across Saskatchewan (Must be willing to Travel) KM's paid as per company KM expense policy.
Shift Rotation: Will Vary 14. Days on / 14 days off or 7 Days on / 7 Days off
Job Description:We are seeking dedicated and experienced Primary Care Paramedics to join our team at Various Mine sites in across Saskatchewan. Long term 3-5 year contract, with stable organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the Health and Safety of all personnel on site. We have casual & Full Time roles available!
Key Responsibilities:- Provide emergency medical care and treatment to injured or ill personnel.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the safety team to implement and monitor health and safety protocols.
- Support the Site Mine rescue teams
- Support the Occupational Health Nurse
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
- Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:- Certification as a Primary Care Paramedic with the SCOP.
- Experience in an industrial or mine site setting is essential
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate emergency vehicles.
- Must have own vehicle - Required to drive to mine site each day from accommodations
- Clean drug and Alcohol test
- Clear criminal record check
