About the RoleBoma Learning Centre is seeking a compassionate and motivated Program Facilitator (Supervised) to deliver Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services to children and youth. You’ll work as part of a supportive clinical team under the supervision of a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA), helping clients build skills, increase independence, and reduce behaviours that interfere with learning.
This role follows the CPBAO Standards of Professional Conduct (2024) and the BACB Code of Ethics.
What You’ll Do- Deliver direct ABA therapy and behaviour support
- Implement individualized programs designed by the supervising RBA
- Collect accurate, real-time data during sessions
- Support skill development, behaviour reduction, and family goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment
- Communicate clinical concerns promptly to the supervising RBA
- Attend team meetings, parent meetings, and training as required
- Maintain client confidentiality and ethical practice at all times
- Transport clients as required (school, home, and community outings)
- Submit timesheets, mileage, and expenses accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For- Minimum 1 year experience working with children or youth
- Completed post-secondary education
- Comfortable supporting children with developmental delays or disabilities
- Valid G licence and daily access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Professional liability insurance
- Standard First Aid & CPR-C (preferred)
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check (required)
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (or equivalent) (preferred)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and professionalism
- Eligible to work in Canada
Position Details- Hours: Full-time (evenings & Saturday mornings included; schedule may vary)
- Pay: $21.50–$26.50/hour, based on experience
