The Role: Project Coordinator I

This is entry-level, hands-on coordination role designed to support the architectural project lifecycle. If you are highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow in contract administration and architectural project delivery, this is your opportunity to build a meaningful career with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Support contract administration tasks: change orders, deliverables, and milestone tracking
• Prepare and organize project meetings: agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
• Help maintain project files, schedules, and internal databases
• Assist with procurement, permitting, and consultant coordination
• Begin to support client communications in a support role
• Contribute performance feedback and observations to project leadership
• Flag coordination gaps and keep the team organized and aligned
• Support Project Coordinator II or Project Managers with task assignments and resourcing

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or construction administration within an architectural setting
• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology
• Familiarity with contract documentation, project phases, and construction terminology
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Clear, confident communicator with strong follow-through
• Detail-oriented with a natural drive to anticipate and solve problems
• Comfortable navigating Canadian and/or U.S. building codes
• Reliable in supporting documentation accuracy and team organization
