Our client, a leading General Contractor in the Greater Toronto Area, is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead their Data Center division. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing major data center construction projects, driving operational excellence, building client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the division.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the execution and delivery of data center construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Oversee project teams, schedules, budgets, risk, and overall performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Provide strategic leadership to support the growth and success of the Data Center division
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
Requirements- Proven experience as a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, or similar leadership role within a General Contractor environment
- Strong data center construction project experience is required
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, complex construction projects and teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
- Based in or able to work within the Greater Toronto Area
